Aimee Whelan is a member of the inaugural Sydney Swans AFLW team. She represented both Williamstown and Hawthorn in the VFLW, before being signed ahead of the 2022 AFLW Season. Along with her AFLW commitments, Aimee is a practicing sports physiotherapist, having graduated from La Trobe University with a Bachelor of Applied Science and Master of Physiotherapy Practice degree, and is currently completing a Master of Sport and Exercise Physiotherapy with La Trobe. Aimee works for the Sydney Swans as a physiotherapist with the QBE Sydney Swans Academy.
