Accredited Biomechanical Taping™ Practitioner – Part B
Description
Further progressing practitioners’ skill set and understanding of the application of Dynamic Tape Global, Part B places a specific focus upon problem solving including presentations associated with the ribs, spine and pelvis, in addition to Dynamic Tape Global’s use in respect to neural tissue and symptom modification procedures.
The module will present the application of Dynamic Tape Global against a backdrop of contemporary aspects of pain science and patient education. Building on the biomechanical principles introduced within Part A, this module will deliver an in-depth exploration of the clinical reasoning logic that facilitates the successful integration of Dynamic Tape Global into clinical practice and performance settings.
Who’s it for?
Dynamic Tape Global courses are designed for registered medical health professionals such as physiotherapists, osteopaths, chiropractors, podiatrists, hand therapists, occupational therapists, sport rehabilitation therapists, and athletic trainers.
What’s involved?
Comprising approximately 4.5 guided learning hours online (>9 hours with practice), this module can be attended as either virtual/live webinar session or as a one to two day face-to-face event. Course attendees are supported in their learning progression through direct interaction with the accredited tutor team, exploring underpinning concepts and their application with respect to the use of Dynamic Tape Global.
For added reassurance, attendees are assessed throughout the course using a range of practical demonstrations and learning checks designed to support the successful integration of the content into clinical practice and performance environments.
To ensure you get the most effective learning experience, learners must be physically able to participate as you will be required to participate in practical scenario-based training sessions.

What will I learn?
Key learning outcomes are;
- Review and reinforce the understanding gained during Part A with respect to the fundamentals of the Dynamic Tape Global approach and its associated mechanisms
- Gain an enhanced understanding of the relationship between pain science, patient education, and the influence of Biomechanical Taping.
- Gain an enhanced understanding of the factors influencing compromised load tolerance with respect to clinical presentations
- Display an understanding of the relationship between neural tissue (to include the ulnar, median nerve, sciatic, and femoral nerve), clinical presentations, and biomechanical taping
- Display an understanding of the relationship between presentations of the sacro-iliac joint/pelvis and Biomechanical Taping
- Display an ability to apply Dynamic Tape Global to help manage clinical presentations associated to the spine, the pelvis/sacro-iliac joint and the ulnar, median nerve, sciatic, and femoral nerve.
- Display an ability to clinically problem solve facilitated by a sound reasoning of the properties of Biomechanical Tape with respect to a range of presentations
- An exploration of next stages of development within the education/credentialing pathway
